11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Account Closure by jww7

jww7 may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• If evidence of fraud or cheating is found.
• If money laundering is suspected.
• If it is proven that the account was opened using incorrect or false information.
• If the age requirement is not met.

11.2 Account Closure by User

A user may close their account at any time by contacting support. Before the account is closed, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available funds; however, bonus funds for which the wagering requirements have not been met will not be refunded.
